The Seven Wonders

Yangtze River, Jiangyin
We discharged for almost two continuous week in Lahad Datu, Malaysia. During our stay we changed our berth for another terminal. It was a nice big port with construction still going on.As soon as we berthed alongside, almost every one of us were eager to go out. They were going in groups so I also joined one. Accompanying me were a Motorman and Chief cook. We agreed upon going on foot . The decision later became uncomfortable for me since I was sweating profusely due to humidity.
Port of Masan, South Korea

The main motive behind our outing was to get a Sim Card. Malaysia is cheaper compared to our earlier ports. We got the cards within 10 USD including an hour of talktime also. Since I didn't have a smartphone till now, this was a better option for me rather buying an internet card.
During our stay, I went out a couple of times again.

Masan Bay Bridge
Our next loading was from Tianjin, Jiang yin, Shanghai and Masan, South Korea.
In Tianjin, a third of our ship`s crew visited The Great Wall of China.
We had a tight schedule including machinery inspections, surveys which didn't leave any chances for my first visit to the one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Later, unfortunately again in Alexandria Egypt, I missed my second chance to see The Great Pyramid of Giza.
